Thirteen Lines of Defense

1. Never be 100% alone.
2. Learn to say no; plan it out in advance.
3. If necessary; RUN!
4. A little bit will hurt.
5. Obey the Word of Wisdom 100 percent.
6. Select good friends
7. Avoid Pornography 100 percent.
8. Avoid impure or intimate language 100 percent
9. Avoid “little, natural man” tendencies 100 percent
10. Select wholesome music
11. Be 100% modest.
12. Avoid petting 100 percent
13. Control your thoughts!

C – Censor all activities
O – Only associate with those who have high standards
N – Never see r-rated or X-rated movies (On screen or live)
T – Tell Satan to take a hike
R – Remember the covenants you have made
O – Offer your undying love and devotion to your spouse
L – Leave whenever you are tempted – Run!
